Steps for Japan Student Visa Application

The documents deadline will depends on the Months of intake of the Students so please inquire at info@worldschools.tv

  • For April INTAKE 2 years course

  • For July INTAKE 1 year and 9 months course

  • For October INTAKE 1 year and 6 months course

  • For January INTAKE 1 year and 3 months course

COST

  1. FOR full payment TOTAL is 90,000.00 JPY

(+ Bank charge 6 ,500 yen only for Philippine side)

Note: Bank Charges may vary depending on the country.


  • 1st payment is 30,000.00 JPY (Not Refundable)

  • 2nd payment 60,000.00 JPY (+ Bank charge 6 ,500 yen)

(when COE from the Immigration Is Released)


2. School Fee in Japan 750,000 yen to 850,000yen per year (Depends on The Schools)

3. For Japanese language School Completion Certificate (170 hours) School Fee will Depends on the schools.

(All Final documents to be submitted in Immigration must be translated in Japanese)

PROCESSING STEPS

Step1

  • Sending RESUME FORMAT and SPONSOR SHEET to our E-mail Address info@worldschools.tv.

  • After you receive the invoice from Sogokousan. Co., Ltd, please Send the partial payment for Processing fee 30,000 JPY (plus Bank Charges 6500 JPY) through Bank.

  • Please be notified that the processing fee is non Refundable.

Step 2

  • Start your Japanese language school in your home country for 170 hours to have the Certificate of Completion as one of the requirements.

NOTE: If you Have a Passer Certificate of JLPT or NAT Test, you will be exempted to submit Certificate of Language Completion.

  • Sending Copy of Requirements to info@worldschools.tv by PDF file.

Step3

  • We will inform you with COPY of Certificate of Eligibility form Japan Immigration and Bill of

Payment (Please inquire)

※ Sending the Payment for School`s tuition fee for 1year in Japan and the balance of the Processing Fee 60,000JPY Through Bank plus Bank charges (6,500JPY)

Step4

  • We will send you the Original Certificate of Eligibility, Permit That you are Enrolled in Japanese Language School in Japan and a Japan working Permit Form after receiving the full payment from you.

Step5

  • You should apply for a VISA to Japan embassy in your home country Through authorized agent from Japan Embassy. (It will take almost 2weeks or more)

  • Please bring the documents we`ve sent to you (Original Certificate of Eligibility and Passport)


Step6

When you arrived in japan.

You should apply for a working permit at Passport control inside the Japan airport.

Step7

Start your Class at Japanese Language School in Japan.

(APRIL, JULY, OCTOBER OR JANUARY INTAKE)

※NOTE Japanese Language schools will ask down payments for 1year or 6month When you

receive a copy of Certificate of Eligibility (Depends on Schools) please inquire.
